A Message to Our Customers

IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

We first hope this communication finds you all safe and healthy. During these unprecedented times with rapidly changing dynamics, be assured that the Syndicate team is working around the clock to respond quickly and appropriately to protect the health and safety of our team members and our customers.

TEAM MEMBER AND LOCAL UPDATE

Thankfully, Syndicate has had only a handful of reported cases of team members testing positive for COVID-19. With each case, we responded quickly by quarantining the individual and doing proper contact tracing. We are now mostly back to the office and continue to implement a safe social distance of 6 feet through rearranging the workflow in our facilities and by continuing to allow those team members who are able to work from home. Masks are encouraged in office areas.

If cirmustances and public policies change, we will be sure to remain in accordance with those set by the state or Howard County officials.

The Small Business Association is a great resource for retailers that have been hit hard due to the coronavirus shutdowns. Here you can find financial assistance and download resources that will specifically help small businesses.
